Please note that there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on amulets, rings, amulets, books or other spiritual items as once shipped these items cannot be used or sold to another person and must be melted down at a significant loss after the return process.

If the order is canceled before it is shipped, the refund will be less handling and packaging costs.

If the items are confiscated by customs or any government official, the risk is on the customer and no refund or replacement will be provided. This does not usually happen, but God forbid, if for any reason the items cannot reach the buyer due to customs or any official, the company will be exempt from liability.
